The Brain Transformation Program is a 21-day coaching program that puts you on the path to a healthy mind.
Scientific research shows that a healthy mind shapes a healthy brain – which, in turn, shapes a healthy life. Your mind–how you think, feel, and choose–influences how your brain releases the chemical messengers that allow it to communicate with itself and the rest of your body. These chemical messengers control virtually all of your body’s functions, including (but not limited to) hormone production, digestion, and happiness.
By shaping your mind, you will shape your brain!

You need: a journal, a pen, and a time commitment of 7-15 minutes per day to completely change your lifestyle!
You will receive:
• Recorded video instruction: I will provide step-by-step instructions that you can refer back to as often as needed!
• Access to a private Mind Maximizer Facebook Group: Daily posts to motivate, inspire, and maybe even make you laugh. Plus, it’s your community to post questions, get feedback, share successes, and ask for support.
• 2-15 minute virtual or telephone check-in sessions (your choice) with Dr. Jess: You’re not in this alone! You and I will meet one-on-one for 15 minutes–once after Day 10, and once around Day 21–for a personal coaching check-in session via Zoom. This is all about YOU implementing the program and celebrating your wins! All coaching sessions will be recorded so you can replay to review ideas and inspiration.
